Workpieces up to 300 mm wide and 65 mm high can be sawn with the HM90SL chop and pull saw. Two pull-out workpiece supports made of aluminum, a screw clamp for fixing the workpiece to the saw table and a 53 mm high and 36 mm high workpiece stop on the right-hand side and 36 mm on the left-hand side with a measuring scale ensure precise positioning. The workpiece can be optimally fixed with the screw clamp on the left side.
The turntable has a free swivel range of -45 to +45° for various bevel cuts and miter angles. Common angles can be fixed quickly and easily using several locking points. The saw blade can also be tilted by up to 45° on both sides.
The special feature of the HM90SL is its trombone reduction. Unlike conventional crosscut saws, the HM90SL does not require any space behind the machine to move the saw head. The guide rails are fixed. A larger cutting width is possible than with a pure chop saw and the machine can still be placed directly on the wall. Perfect for small workshops or worktops that don't have enough depth.
The integrated laser shows the exact cutting edge and the built-in LED light optimally illuminates the cutting area. Especially on the construction site, where the lighting conditions are often insufficient, the LED lamp is a real relief.
The wide handle and the fully enclosed die-cast aluminum saw blade guard ensure maximum safety for the user of the pull and chop saw. The HM90SL comes with two HW saw blades, one with 48 teeth and one with 60 teeth. This enables precise cuts to be made in both wood and plastic.
Due to the high-quality aluminum housing, the HM90SL is particularly light at 13 kg, making it easy to transport.
