Jet JWS-34KX-T Spindle Moulder (400V - 3 Phase)

The JWS-34KX is a combination of two machines, a spindle moulder for cutter heads with a 30 mm spindle and a router table for router bits. The Router is fitted with two collets of 8 and 12 mm for various router bits. When used on its highest speed, it can utilise router cutters with a diameter of 35 mm or greater (smaller cutters simply would not have a high enough peripheral speed).  The machine has a fully adjustable fence. As well as a micro adjustment fence on the outfeed and a 100 mm dust extraction outlet at the rear. Height adjustment is fitted on the front of the machine with a generous handle. Tooling changes can be speeded up with the aid of the spindle lock. For curved work, the moulder is supplied with a ring fence with its own integral 100 mm dust outlet. On the bed of the table is a T-slotted groove in which the mitre guide slides. Optionally fitted with a regular T-slot Fence.
